Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of SprayScribe, a service from Whitney Solutions LLC ("we"). The business that signs up is "you". By using SprayScribe you agree to these terms.
The service
SprayScribe is a tool for recording pesticide applications and syncing those records to Jobber. Features may change while the product is in pilot.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for following product labels, federal and state law, and licensing rules. SprayScribe's state-rule checks are an aid, not legal advice, and may be incomplete.
- Keep your login secure and only invite people who are authorized to act for your business.
- Do not misuse the service, try to access other customers' data, or interfere with its operation.
Your data
Your records belong to you. You give us permission to host, process and send them (including to Jobber) only as needed to run the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
Jobber
The Jobber integration depends on Jobber's API and terms. We are not responsible for Jobber's service, and we may change the integration if Jobber changes theirs.
Fees
Pilot and paid plans are as described at sign-up. We will give notice before charging or changing prices.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using SprayScribe at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can export your records before your account closes.
Changes and law
We will post changes to these terms on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
