Training records ✕
Qualification records for a noncertified applicator, per 40 CFR 171.201(e)(1). Create or verify one before they use RUPs ((e)(2)); keep it 2 years from the date they used the RUP ((e)(3)). Records can't be edited or deleted: add a new one to correct a mistake.
This applicator is certified, so a qualification record isn't required. You can still keep WPS or other training records here.

Jobber connection
Test mode: this sandbox never connects to a real customer’s Jobber company. Sample jobs (T-101…) are never sent to Jobber. To try the real round trip, use Connect Jobber in “Jobber (TEST account only)” below (TEST account only); then real visits from that TEST account can be used here.
Disconnect only forgets SprayScribe's Jobber tokens. It does not change anything in Jobber; remove the app in Jobber to fully revoke access.
How Jobber setup works
Press Connect Jobber (or Reconnect Jobber ). Jobber's sign-in page opens.
Sign in to your company's Jobber as an admin, then press Allow access for SprayScribe.
You come back here and the Status says Connected .
When a visit is completed in Jobber, a "Record this visit" prompt appears on Home with the client, address and job filled in.
Each record you save is added to that Jobber job as a note with the PDF attached. SprayScribe never changes your clients or jobs otherwise.
Jobber (TEST account only)
Admin test mode: connect the Jobber TEST company (SprayRecord Test Co) to try the real round trip. Real customers' Jobber accounts can't be connected here.
